Throughout the lifetime of a business, an entrepreneur must wear lots of different hats. How do you effectively switch those hats? How do you keep on top of everything and maintain business momentum?

My story, as you know, I spent 20 years being a sales guy. Then I decided to launch a business. 

Going from employee to business owner is such a massive mental leap. There is a lot to learn. 

For most people, when they first start, the answer to the question of how do you switch hats is poorly. The answer is poorly, on my end, because I thought the CEO was behind the scenes. 

I learned very quickly; I had to be the guy in front and the CEO making everything work behind the scenes.
