One of the things that I noticed last month was that I was avoiding drilling deep into ideas with myself and my clients.
Thursday was different. Over about 40 minutes, I helped a coaching client look at her marketing from several different viewpoints.
I kept asking questions, asking "what else?" to make sure that she had everything she needed to create marketing materials that would highlight her business.
Sometimes we don’t drill deep because we’re afraid of what we might find. But staying shallow can leave us empty and unmotivated, and definitely doesn’t lead to transformation.
