They'll also flip the tools to the workplace teams you adore. Robert J. Mancuso is one of only sixty seven Certified Master Chefs in the United States. A Pennsylvania native, Chef Mancuso has worked for prominent country clubs, restaurants and hotels in the United States, and is a recipient of numerous national and international culinary awards. He is a high honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He participated in the 1996 Culinary Olympic Team, has won gold medals and continued to participate in culinary competitions in Brazil, England, and Germany. Chef Mancuso has been involved with many charities including Meals on Wheels and has been a featured chef for Leon and Sylvia Panetta’s Annual Evening to Honor Lives in Public Service, to raise funds for their School of Public Policy. He has done television and live demonstrations for many other organizations and has mentored many students in the culinary field. He has a 25 year old daughter in Chicago. He currently lives with his partner, Danna Lewis, in San Francisco during the week where he is the executive chef at a private club and they spend weekends in Monterey with his 7 year old son.
