Author, speaker, and musician Justin Michael Williams shares his powerful message on meditation for the marginalized. Williams, a 2020 Next Generation Walden Awards honoree, is dedicated to using his voice to serve, especially those who are young, of color, and in LGBTQ communities. He discusses his new book, Stay Woke: A Meditation Guide for the Rest of Us.
