In the first half, holistic plastic surgeon Dr. Tony Youn discussed the uses and risks of plastic surgery, and how to look ten years younger naturally using the concepts of what he calls "autojuvenation." Rather than conducting more and more surgeries, over time, he developed a goal of keeping people out of the operating room and using various techniques such as nutrition and skincare to help them look and feel their best. 80% of aging is influenced by our lifestyle choices, he cited. Regarding people who seem to have too much plastic surgery, they may have the condition of dysmorphia, where what they see in the mirror is different than how others see them, and they exaggerate in their minds perceived flaws in their body or face. Youn also pointed out that doctors in the US can perform procedures without formal training or licensing so patients need to be cautious in finding a practitioner.
His idea of autojuvenation revolves around five basic things-- what you eat, when you eat, nutritional supplements, skincare treatments, and non-invasive treatments. As far as diet, he recommended a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables. One of the main reasons our skin ages prematurely is through the process of oxidation, and colorful foods are high in antioxidants and phytonutrients, which stave that off. He also suggested anti-inflammatory foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like fish, nuts, and olive oil, as well as intermittent fasting. For skincare, products containing Retinol (a derivative of vitamin A) can effectively reduce fine lines and improve skin quality, he said.

In the latter half, psychic Amy O'Pry spoke about her work as a medium, communicating with God, and exploring the realms of higher consciousness. She detailed the importance of connecting with the divine for healing and guidance, and her training at the Monroe Institute in different focus levels. "Don't ask for the spirit realm to help you if you're not willing to accept the assistance," she remarked, adding that this realm is really waiting for us to grow, develop, and listen. Regarding the contact she receives from spirits, O'Pry stressed that it's essential to set boundaries, and practice white light protection. "You don't want to be taken over, and you have to be able to be in control," she added.
She recounted curious instances where spirits intuited to her to make contact with their living loved ones, such as the time she was on the way to the grocery store but made a stop at a shoe department on the way because she felt that the spirit of the clerk's mother was with her and wanted to relay a message to her daughter. During the last hour, she gave readings for callers. As to how she makes contact with their departed loved ones, O'Pry explained if the callers are wanting to know about a spirit, they are generally already with them. "I'll just listen in what I call a 'leaning-in', which basically means that I have opened my brain into a higher consciousness...where I'm going to let things fall in it. And then I'm not going to judge what comes because the message is not for me."
