It's the last episode of 2023! In this episode, I walk you through how to do a life audit. What's a life audit? It's a thorough assessment of different areas of your life intended to help you reflect and then be very intentional about your next steps. It's important to do one at least once a year and so I hope this episode inspires you to try it out.

We also talk about what to do if you didn't meet your goals for the year, why actions will always mean more than words,  some of my future plans for the podcast, and give a listener advice about self promotion.
