Fresh off their successful Kickstarter campaign, Chris and Myron welcome new Canadian game designers Pauline Kong and Marie Wong to the show. Marie & Pauline’s first game - Steam Up: A Feast of Dim Sum is a delightful Dim Sum-themed set collection game where the player who leaves the table with the fullest belly wins. Myron had the pleasure of learning the game from Pauline during this year’s Gen Con, and Chris was interested in the game after seeing the first teaser for it nearly two years ago. Pauline & Marie are board game enthusiasts who channelled their love of gaming into creating a new game based on their experience with friends and family sharing Dim Sum. Join Chris & Myron as they learn about how the duo successfully got their Kickstarter funded in 33 minutes, how they came to work together doing magic shows, and how Steam Up delivers a culturally authentic game experience.
