Our country is in a period of racial division. Due to situations between law enforcement and various citizens (specifically black American citizens) over the past decade or so, many Americans have vocalized and expressed their frustrations, disagreement, and concern on the current topic of racism in America. As Christians, what is our role in this period of American history? What should be our attitude, perspective, and approach in this situation? How can we overcome possible racial issues that are in our own hearts? Through the perfection of the scriptures, God has provided examples, teaching, and reasoning as to how we should address these questions and this issue. I hope that you will join us in a lesson from God’s word on having a godly perspective during a period of racial tension.
