Its Stein time! Josh and John each bring an Oktoberfest beer to share. Josh brings the Ayinger Oktoberfest and pairs it with some Comte cheese, barbecue ribs (dad's of course but any rib will be good) and pork pot stickers. John stays local with the Lost 40 Hunter, their Oktoberfest. He stays traditional with his pairings of potato pancakes, brat and sauerkraut meatballs, and German fritters. Its a great time! Prost!
