What you wear can have a direct impact on how you feel. You may feel the most confident and empowered by having a night out on the town in heels with your girlfriends or you may feel like a badass when you’re in a fresh pair of PJs and a facemask on the couch. And there may be moments when you can’t define how empowerment looks or feels — and that’s the way it is sometimes. We get you and know that you still belong here. 

Are You Wearing Heels is a conversation with us about our 15+ years of experience with divorce. We’ll talk about transitions relating to raising kids, dating after divorce, developing acceptance with ourselves and navigating new relationships with friends and partners. We’ll also chat with 
intriguing guests, ranging from sex therapists, money managers and married couples about intimacy, health and wellness, finances, spirtuality and so much more. 

We see a world where everyone can move forward from divorce with confidence and grace and if you choose to stay married, create a relationship that works for everyone! It’s about choices — seeing that they exist, connecting to what is right for you and having the courage to discern your direction. There is no lack of choices or what heels to wear with us, confidence abounds and we hope your relationships will too.
