MOveMENT!! For most of my life I just did it- (mostly involuntarily too- like breathing, food digestion etc..) but maybe we, as a people, should think more diligently about this incredible resource we have. ⛹🏻♀️ Im genuinely intrigued by movement!!! What it is for others? How ones movement has changed or is being altered as life presents its quirky moments. Episode 1 is Step 1 !- getting the subject of movement off and running. 📢
