In this episode of the Transformed for Life podcast, we’re diving into Step 2: Examine Your Heart.
Step 1 was about coming to the Father, and trusting that He would meet you there with love, acceptance, and forgiveness.
This next step is about slowing down long enough in the safety of His presence to truly look within — not with judgment, but with honesty and grace.
We’ll talk about what it means to examine the deeper places of our hearts: the underlying motives, mindsets, and hidden wounds that shape our beliefs, choices, and actions. So often, we avoid this kind of self-reflection because it’s uncomfortable. But healing and transformation require truth, and truth must begin with awareness.
Maybe you’ve been carrying lies that were never yours to hold, or patterns of thinking that don’t align with God’s truth. Maybe there are areas of your heart that you’ve tried to keep off-limits and hidden away from Him. In this episode, we’ll explore how to invite God into those very places, because He’s not afraid of the mess. In fact, He longs to bring healing to it.
This step is all about learning to see ourselves the way He does, letting His Word reveal what’s broken, and also what’s beautiful.
If you’re ready to dig deeper, get honest, and allow God to meet you in the process, this episode is for you.
