How can we build a healthy church?

Step 1: Trust God's Authority—or Guard the Gospel (1:1-7)

Everything rises or falls on this. The church does not invent doctrine; it receives, protects, and passes it on. Tolerating false teaching is pastoral malpractice, not kindness.

Step 2: The Law Serves the Gospel (1:8-11)

The law exposes sin so sinners see their need for Christ. Any use of the law that replaces Christ or softens sin betrays the gospel.
