This is a lesson that I was given a stark reminder of today, and I never want to forget it. Have you ever had a sliding doors moment that fundamentally changed your life? That meant that if you hadn't come out the right side of it, you wouldn't even be here now? If so, listen on, and harness that memory and use it to power the new YOU.

In this episode, we interview Jon Thor Sigurleifsson about the difficult subject of depression. It's a massive area and we certainly can't do it justice in 25 minutes. So we focus instead on what our own experiences have been in the hope that it will remove the stigma for people and get them to recognise where this monster might exist in their friends, family or themselves. We are certainly not trained experts in this area, however the fact that it is extremely difficult to talk about and confront is something that needs to change, so this is our first venture to changing it.
