There is a box keeping you small and limited. Perhaps your intention is to achieve greatness, but you realized that you find it difficult to do those things that will move you towards that dream of been great. This episode is aimed at empowering you to step out of that box and pursue your dream.
Your brain is wired in such a way that it tends to keep you safe and within what it feels is familiar based on your experiences. That is why each time you try to do something new, the brain will resist.
This explains why you consistently remain within your confort zone (box), 'safe place' if you like. This place of comfort is the most dangerous place to be. Yes, it makes you feel comfortable, but it deprives you of the fulfillment that life offers.
Stepping out of your comfort zone implies that you do what you have purported to do despite the fear. It means stretching your immagination and unlocking your potential. It means facing your fears! It means doing it afraid, it means embracing the process, etc.
Step out of that box means that you are willing to pursue that dream and see it to fruiting. Give it your all and watch how you become the person you were created to be.
