Topic: STEP UP YOUR GAME!
Memory Verse: "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he..." - Proverbs 23:7a KJV
Bible Text: Proverbs 4:23 KJV
23. Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.
INSPIRATION: We must learn how to begin to take responsibilities for ourselves if we must make a difference. The Easy version renders Proverbs 4: 23 thus, "Be very careful to keep your mind safe. The thoughts that you think make you the person that you are." Profound submission indeed! The moment you let down your guards, you do not only become vulnerable, you assume a defeatist posture!
That's why you must step up your game. Do not live beneath your means. You're larger in capacity than you currently process and manifest. Shallow thoughts would make you lose the eagle's vision and soaring wings that you possess. Small thinking erodes big vision. Don't settle for a chicken's lifestyle when you have the sophistication and dexterity of an eagle. An eagle belongs to the mountain tops; they glide on the wings of the storm. You don't have tosettle for less!
TODAY'S TAKE HOME:
Be visionary! Walk yourself to the top where you belong. The world needs you, but in an upgraded version. Get to work!!
PRAYER: Dear Lord, I receive grace to step up my game and to ride upon my high places in life; my destiny is secured at the top and I take conscious practical steps to soar far above the mundane temporary benefits that blindfolds me from the bigger picture, in Jesus name.
