Topic: STEP UP YOUR GAME (Part 3)!
Memory Verse: "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he..." - Proverbs 23:7a KJV
Bible Text: Proverbs 4:23 KJV
23. Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.
INSPIRATION: Our discussion today centers around doing things differently. It takes someone with a different kind of spirit, orientation, value proposition and philosophy to act differently from others. The bible says of Caleb, "But because my servant Caleb has a different spirit and follows me wholeheartedly, I will bring him into the land he went to, and his descendants will inherit it" (Numb. 14:24). He and Joshua were the only ones allowed to possess the land they had gone to spy.
When you're different, you come into divine opportunities others may not access! You think differently and carry a problem-solving mindset. Your analytical approach and objectivity separates you from others. The world is shifting to big data analysis and artificial intelligence, you can't afford to be thinking on an elementary, mundane and crude level. Else, you'd sooner become redundant. Problem-solvers think at a higher level above the level where the problems are created. That way, they can fix it!
TODAY'S TAKE HOME:
If you must say, "You're the head and not the tail," you must have 'head attitude,' and reason above your peers. You'd have to see ahead, to get ahead!
PRAYER: Dear Lord, help me to approach life with a winning mindset; stimulate me to become a problem-solver and a world changer. I'm empowered to think and act differently, and to see undeniable answers in every storm. I command uncommon results in chaos and do valiantly everywhere, in Jesus name.
