You'll notice that the sport of bodybuilding is the perfect mental battleground to prepare us for life. Stéphane must be confident enough to stand in swimming trunks in front of hundreds of people, and these people are all there to judge his physique.  On top of that, he has no choice but to be consistent with competing at such a high level. 

Even though we focused on the fitness aspect of his life, you will also notice that he is very proud of his relationship with his girlfriend.
