Stephanie's background in Digital Media, Technology, and Operational Excellence spans over two decades of driving business transformation, enterprise software development, marketing programs, and revenue growth for commercial and not-for-profit businesses. She has led diverse teams delivering best-in-class user experiences, SaaS products, and customer success. She continues to help companies and leadership teams evolve to meet the needs of the changing consumer while modernizing operations and growing revenue to accelerate earnings and maximize potential.
She began her career in adult education teaching software applications at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, then moved into Media as the Director of Digital Media for CBS Boston advancing digital advertising solutions and multi-media content initiatives. Stephanie joined NPR Digital Services to elevate local digital media experiences that expand the reach and impact of Public Radio, and she served as an executive at Blackboard leading Partnerships Strategy and Operations.
Stephanie is the Founder and CEO of Empower Your Results LLC, a business agility and management consultancy supporting executives and business owners as a thought partner, strategic plan facilitator, and operational excellence champion. She has previously worked with various B2B clients, such as a fractional marketing services agency in Miami, an industrial playground provider in Texas, and a women-focused communications agency in Massachusetts. Currently, she is working with Venture Café Global Institute, a global innovation community to explore paths to financial sustainability.
As an avid student of organizational leadership and operational excellence, she incorporates various agile methodologies and management systems to meet the needs of each organization. She is a Certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner. She's been trained as an EOS Integrator and served as an EOS Integrator. She also co-manages her husband's "cape famous" rock & roll cover band, The Boston Naturals. Stephanie is originally from Texas, and after earning her bachelor's degree at Boston College chose Boston as her home.
