In this episode of Conversations with Stardust, I am joined by a hero of mine: Stephen Fabes. In the setting summer of 2020, I journeyed through Stephen's book Signs of Life. Within the shady blue covers of the book, Stephen gorgeously details his six (and a bit) year long cycling adventure, which covers 86,209 kilometres, and six continents. The Earth wasn't the only world crossed however, as Stephen encountered the diverse realms of health and disease upon his travels.
In this episode, Stephen and I talk about the world outside the covers of his book; what life was like upon his return, how his travel changed him, and the double bladed beast of uncertainty.
I hope you enjoy our conversation
