Stephen Kepley was elected Mayor of Kentwood, MI a little over three years ago. How did he go from being an engineer working for a private firm to run for mayor of this diverse city? As you will hear, it was clearly his faith in Jesus Christ and his courageously following the leading of the Spirit of God that prompted Stephen to "get out of the boat."
