Under the guise of new content, Bill and the gang rehash much of the first half the movie in their effort to defeat Pennywise. But this time they have a secret weapon; Silver. A character, in the form of a bike, who was absolutely set up in the prior half. Together, the bike and "we" gather their strength to destroy IT once and for all... by doing exactly what they did the first time.
