This week, we are drinking the Chameleon Mojito. 

-Mix 1 oz clear rum, lime juice and simple syrup (dyed with food dye)

-Shave ice with food dye 

-Shave ice with lime juice

-Muddle mint leaves

-Layer ice, pour rum mixture on top, and watch the chameleon change colors

-Drink and enjoy legally and responsibly
