Stepmom goals, you say? This was such an impactful episode with Tamara Johnson. Author Tamara Johnson aka Tammy J resides a few minutes outside of Detroit, Michigan with her husband, their 5-year-old son, and her 15-year-old stepson. After saying “I do” in 2013, Tammy began her journey in the world of step-parenting. Juggling the struggles of being a stepmom with the pressures of blended family life, Tammy was ready to step away from her marriage. However, with the help of personal therapy, marriage counseling, prayer and new founded confidence, Tammy found the strength to continue on in her truth as an intentional stepmom.
