    Tea, using rosemary, sage, thyme, bayleaf and collagen (dissolve by stirring). Preferably fresh herbs. Some people react to collagen, so use gelatin instead.

    Formula for Brain

    • 1 tsp of choline or egg yolk
  • 7-9 cloves of garlic
  • 3 drops of bay leaf, rosemary, savoury, thyme essential oils
  • put all content with olive oil blend causing a liposome effect
  • use a tsp as needed - put on food as well
