Every year, many first-year college students have a difficult time making the transition from high school to college. In this episode, I acknowledge that having these challenges is normal and more common place than some think, it's something to be faced head on rather than passively hoping things will work out on their own, and things to consider when you need help moving through the paralysis that oftentimes occurs with these feelings of overwhelm.
