Saying yes to opportunities

This conversation introduces one of our fantastic colleagues at Woodcroft College, Middle Leader Mark Cussadia. Mark shares his positive approach to taking up opportunities and pushing himself out of his comfort zone. He describes his early experiences in leadership and the benefits he gained from teaching overseas.

Mark has a passion for building high functioning teams and creating strong relationships with students and staff. He has acted up in senior leadership roles and shares with us what he brought back from this experience to his middle leadership role.
