We are chatting with our good friend, Anna Kujacznski! Anna is a somatic therapist who runs her own practice. She also leads and facilitates women’s retreats and has a background in yoga. Anna is a Midwest gal who made a cross country move to Washington state in May. Recently, she’s been exploring the empowerment of singleness and stretching into her capacity for agency after divorce. She has a deep belief in the power of the table. Creating spaces for people to feel seen and feel safe is her favorite conduit to intentional community. 

We had such a lovely and inspiring conversation with Anna that we’re splitting it into two episodes! In this first episode, we’re diving into Anna’s personal journey of stepping into her dream life of living in a cottage in the PNW. She talks about learning to trust herself, cultivating an aligned community, and allowing for both bravery and grief.
