Tara and Michael are trainers, mentors, and coaches for their personal agent group as well as for agents and brokers across the country. In 2021, Tara founded HCG Real Estate School, LLC, a school providing excellence in real estate education to aspiring and practicing real estate industry professionals by way of pre-licensing, continuing education, and professional development courses. In addition, Tara co-authored a book titled The Confident Woman. Her chapter is titled “Eagles Don’t Need Parachutes.” Then, in August 2014, her chapter titled “Saying No without Guilt” was published in Overcoming the Good Little Girl Syndrome.
