Hey y’all! I’m back after a 4-month hiatus from Healer Unleashed and really sharing anything at all. The truth is I’ve been in a deep cave and shadow work since April 2021 and I fought it so hard. The ego vs. soul battle and resistance has been so REAL for me and difficult. I’ve really struggled. So, I’m here sharing my struggles, what it’s been and felt like moving through so much grief, loss, sadness, depression, hurt and pain. This is the conversation I know we’re all craving. 

And yes, I’m now stepping into big expansion (this energy is BIG), but it’s been because I’ve been in a deep cave and introspection for 4 months now. Feeling like I’ve been turned inside out (literally). Also, We have to remember expansion comes when we’re deeply grounded and rooted in our foundations. Sometimes we have to be brought back down to our knees and reminded that our main purpose and goal here on this earth is LOVE. I share more about this on the podcast. Can’t wait for you to listen!!
