We are all aware that for career success we have to be ambitious and step up to gain more experience. However, what happens when we DO apply for new opportunities and aren't successful. I discuss how easy it is to accept a consolation prize, yet this can compromise our bigger plan. In this episode I discuss how easy it is to take a compromise which might not be the best solution for us, and how we should be aware of this and actions to take to turn this around for our own personal development.
