Over the years, I've struggled with accepting my body and dealing with the pressures of societal norms. 'Body positivity' didn't work for me. Inspired by a heartfelt message from a longtime listener, I decided to tackle why this topic continues to be so important to us. I've spent years consumed by trying to "fix" my body, but I've reached a point where I can say I've healed from that constant journey. While I still care about staying fit and vibrant, I'm no longer spending my days' energy on fixing my body. In this episode, I shared 6 insights that have forever changed my perspective on body image, along with actionable tips that have helped me. So, if you are navigating your own journey with body image, I hope these insights resonate with you and help you on your own path to self-acceptance. As we drag these limiting beliefs into the light, they often lose their power over us. Please share this episode with someone who can use it.
