So many of us out there could stand to gain something from learning how to harness our need to please others. While it seems like a quality that could be beneficial for us or make us come across as helpful individuals, it’s also something that, when consistently placed over our own needs, is really detrimental to our wellbeing and could even stifle the growth of those around us in the long haul.
In today’s episode, I share a few tips for how I manage this, as well as advice for setting clear and concise boundaries with not only the people in my life but myself too. I also share a couple of the experiences my clients have dealt with in relation to this topic, how we can take control of our own situation, and why I believe our spiritual selves should be listened to when it comes to finding our own truth.
