Yes, maybe this episode should have been dropped at the very beginning of Season 2, but as we amply share in this episode, we're still learning.  We do some reflecting,  som e introspection, some looking forward and some planning, but  more than that, we have a fun, funny and interesting discussions about the creative process and stuff.  We share about a few upcoming guests and we talk about other guests that we would like to bring onto the show.  A charge is put out to the listenership to throw some suggestions our way as well.
