Grimes previously served as an Assistant Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and is an experienced trial lawyer. He currently leads the firm’s Asia Litigation practice, where his areas of expertise include investigating highly sensitive issues related to trade secret theft, technology and data security breaches, trade sanctions and financial fraud.
