The last time I spoke with Luke was this week 2 years ago when I shot a show for them in London. By the time I got off the road a month later they had announced that it was the end of TOTO. Luke joins me to talk about the solo album he’s since put out, the end of toto, finding love , playing with Ringo Starr and going back out of the road in 2022 with a new avatar of TOTO.
