Steve Madden began his career as a Teacher, before joining the BBC on a Graduate Training scheme. From then on he went onto present shows for Radio 2, BBC Local Radio in Cambridge, Norfolk and Berkshire and work for BFBS and Victory Online.

In this weeks edition of Radio Greats, Steve sits down with Luke to share his stories of the wireless, from listening to John Peel and Roger Scott, to working on BBC World Service and Parkinson. Joining Radio 2 and spending 15 years presenting "Nightride", moving into BBC Local Radio and working alongside many big names and how a close friend encouraged him to re-enter the industry.
