Steve McCoy is the founding pastor of 360 Church in Sarasota Florida. He founded the church " with the goal of building a church that concentrated on what was most important to God: relationships." He's a father and husband of two sons and is an accomplished piano player and expert teacher.

Steve also created a discipleship app Small Circle: Disciple XChange which helps individuals become better and develop other disciples.
