Steve McDonald is a futurist and expert in Claire W Graves model of developmental psychology now known as Spiral Dynamics. Steve is focused on emergent human consciousness and making sense of both local and global change, as we move beyond the scientific-industrial era. His mission is to support the emergence of more capable and more compassionate ways of being human, through education, community building and the facilitation of transformational personal change.

Steve is the founder and Executive Director of the non-profit Agency for Advanced Development of Integrative Intelligence and its parent organization the AADII Mesh Foundation, a registered Australian religious (Taoist) charity. Steve is also co-founder of the Australian non-profit research organization Psychedelic Research in Science & Medicine.
