Who doesn't like being in control? 

Well, seeking control doesn't always serve us well, and we don't necessarily have as much control as we'd like to think. So, what to do about it? Well, that's one of the things I discuss in this solo episode. I've also got a bit of a rant related to a LinkedIn post I saw recently on the topic of control. Social media is a horrible vehicle for conveying nuance, and this post I saw is an example of it ... and that can have a negative impact on those who read it, which is why I wanted to unpack this a bit.
