Steve Piispanen, owner of Keene Auto Body in Keene, N.H. has been a pioneer in taking on the insurance companies for not paying for genuine replacement parts and even has a case before the NH Supreme Court. His not so subtle radio ads got Mr. Crypto's attention and he paid them a compliment via voice mail.  That message was turned into a radio spot playing all over the local airwaves so there was no other choice than to get Steve P. on the show.  I hope you enjoy this week's guest as a person that is not afraid to stand up to the insurance companies on behalf of his customers.   We need more like him.
