They reminisce about going to the same high school and then Steve shares his journey from being a running QB in High School, to becoming a record-setting QB at BYU, to his struggles with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to playing in the USFL for a record contract, to joining the San Francisco 49ers while Joe Montana was still the best in the game, and then to taking over for Montana and setting records. He continues on to recall turbulent times and a near-fight with George Seifert on the sidelines, compares how the game is played today and how he could have player much longer, like Tom Brady and others.
