Throughout his 22 years in engineering, Steven served as a trainer to Fortune 500 organizations as well as influencing and guiding change management activities. Steven is an ICF-certified PCC, a TEDx speaker, and a trained Facilitator. Steven specializes in helping quiet leaders use their voice to create impact. As a self-identified introvert myself, I was very eager to chat with Steve - and he did not disappoint. We delved into the forces and events that pushed him into coaching (also covered in his TEDx Talk), discussed many of his core principles, and talked about what his coaching practice looks like today.
