Two lifelong Aston Villa fans take a light-hearted look at the highs & lows of supporting the world's best football team.

George and Frankie react to the appointment of Steven Gerrard as Aston Villa's manager and express their cautious optimism about the future under the former Rangers head coach. They also hope Gerrard's arrival at Villa could be an opportunity for the likes of Jacob Ramsey and Carney Chukwuemeka to learn from the one-time Liverpool midfielder.

Birmingham Live football writer Patrick Rowe, who runs the popular Twitter page @PGR_Analytics, also joined the show to explain how Gerrard might set-up the team and his overall footballing approach. Patrick also explains who features in Gerrard's sizeable coaching staff, which includes the highly-rated Michael Beale.

They also lookahead to the Brighton game and try to predict how Gerrard might approach the game in front of a full Villa Park.
