The 3rd Tuesday of the month brings a visit from best selling author, TV host, cooking class instructor and BBQ Hall of Famer, Steven Raichlen of Barbecue Bible. We covered a variety of topics to include his book tour, the wortst on-set experience for his TV show, TV shows he watches, books he reads, his take on dry-aging and who he thinks should make it in to the BBQ Hall of Fame this year.

After Steven, I spoke with Brett Gallaway from the SCA. We  covered some of the top events of this past month and took a look ahead to the top events over the next 3-4 weeks. We will also went over the WFC partnership and how one qualifies to get in to that competition.
