Steve Reames is the Executive Director of the Ada County Medical Society, a Boise Idaho based membership association of over 2500 physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical residents and students. In 2016, he led the Ada County Medical Society in creating its Physician Vitality Program. Since then, the society has become recognized as a key leader in the Boise metropolitan medical community on issues of physician burnout, self-care, resilience, and systems change.
