TODAY: Steven Robert Weber, American actor. Weber began acting in 1984 with his debut role in the romantic comedy The Flamingo Kid. His breakout role came in 1990, when he started playing the main character Brian Hackett in the American sitcom Wings, which he played until 1997, and is among his best remembered roles. Some of his more recent performances include the voice role of Norman Osborn in the animated series The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), as well as the recurring role of Mayor Douglas Hamilton on NCIS: New Orleans.
