If you want to be a good vision-bearer, if you want God to trust you with more vision, you have to first be a steward of that vision. God has to be able to trust you with the details. God has given you a vision to lead something. Write the details down. Then, in the right setting, download those and do it with joy and excitement to liberate the talent that is in other’s lives.
