Transparency is the key to connection, or at least that’s what I believe. I’ve spent many years feeling lonely and isolated. I didn’t realize that there are a lot of people who struggle with the same things. They just don’t decide to start a podcast to talk about it. This podcast is for girls like me who struggle with depression, pressure from society, negative body image, and the well known boy trouble. So friend sit back, relax, and listen. As I heal from telling my story and you find comfort in knowing you aren’t alone.
