We are talking to former athletes who are now going pro in something other than sports. We dive into what exactly that looks like. The transition from sports to the "real world" is a tough time on any athlete and successfully navigating it is even harder. 

The goal is that this podcast provides some relatable stories for current athletes or just transitioning athletes to get ready for life after sports. We talk about coming to terms with our identity and pros/cons of being an athlete in the "real world" and the journey of finding the next passion in life.
